What this is

when&where is a scheduling coordination tool. We help people who have already connected on other platforms figure out when and where to meet. We are not a dating app, not a social network, and not a marketplace.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use this service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• One account per person, please.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are reported for harassment.

Acceptable use

Use when&where to coordinate real-world meetups with people who want to meet you. Don't use it to:

• Harass, stalk, or threaten anyone
• Misrepresent your identity
• Spam connection requests
• Scrape data or reverse-engineer the service
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction

Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly ($5) or annually ($50) via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — if something went wrong, just ask.

Liability

We provide a scheduling tool. We are not responsible for what happens at meetups coordinated through our platform. Please exercise the same judgment you would meeting anyone from the internet.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
